Ideal Body Weight
A healthy BMI is considered to be between 20 and 25, with about 22.5 generally associated
with the lowest risk of early death. BMI does not take into account muscle mass or bone size,
so these ideal body weights can only be used as a rough estimate.
This form calculates ideal body weight based on a BMI of 20.0, 22.5, and 25.0.
